RENAISSANCE WHITE 2023

Renaissance White 2023 captures the essence of Brézème, this prestigious sector of the Côtes-du-Rhône. Marsanne and Roussanne unite to express the complexity of a unique terroir, shaped by sandy-loam soils where rolled pebbles and limestone fragments lie.

The winemaking process prioritizes respect for the grapes: harvesting by hand, whole-cluster pressing, and natural malolactic fermentation. Judicious aging, in a combination of old barrels and stainless steel tanks, preserves the wine's aromatic integrity.

On the nose, the glass reveals luminous notes of fresh citrus, white fruits, and delicate floral tones. On the palate, the generous breadth is balanced with a crystalline salinity and a vibrant minerality that defines the terroir.

This wine pairs beautifully with lobster ravioli and foie gras emulsion.

Its aging potential of 4 to 8 years allows for excellent development in the cellar.
