RENAISSANCE RED 2022

Renaissance Red 2022 embodies the authentic expression of Brézème, this exceptional terroir of the Côtes-du-Rhône . The Syrah flourishes on sandy-loam soils enriched with rolled pebbles and limestone fragments, revealing its full depth.

The winemaking process honors the raw materials: hand-harvested grapes, complete destemming, and extended maceration of 3 to 4 weeks in concrete vats, which gives the wine its characteristic structure. Aging in oak barrels develops the aromatic complexity of this nectar.

On the nose, the glass reveals generous aromas of black fruit, delicate spices, and black olives. On the palate, the silky texture combines with a vibrant minerality that elegantly defines the terroir.

This wine pairs beautifully with veal rump, confit shallots and Jerusalem artichoke mousseline.

Its aging potential of 8 to 10 years allows for excellent development in the cellar.
