Châteauneuf-du-Pape White 2023 reveals the majesty of this legendary southern Rhône appellation. The subtle blend of Clairette and Grenache Blanc expresses itself on an exceptional terroir characterized by its rolled pebbles, Villafranchian formations, and fine sands, which give the wine its distinctive mineral signature.

The winemaking process prioritizes authenticity: the grapes are harvested by hand, and fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts in a wood-fired environment with 10% new oak barrels, which impart a delicate complexity. Extended aging of 12 months in demi-muids and foudres on fine lees develops the aromatic harmony of this nectar.

On the nose, the glass reveals an elegant and complex bouquet where white flowers, fresh citrus, and honeyed nuances intertwine gracefully. On the palate, finesse combines with a vibrant minerality that distinguishes the terroir.
