Châteauneuf-du-Pape Red 2023 reveals the majesty of this legendary southern Rhône appellation. The Grenache Noir grapes express themselves on an exceptional terroir characterized by its rolled pebbles, Villafranchian formations, and fine sands, which give the wine its distinctive mineral signature.

The winemaking process prioritizes authenticity: the grapes are harvested by hand, fermented in concrete vats with 30% whole clusters and indigenous yeasts, which impart a natural and profound complexity. Extended aging of 14 months in concrete vats develops the aromatic harmony of this nectar.

On the nose, the glass reveals a generous bouquet where Mediterranean garrigue and black fruits intertwine with elegance. On the palate, the silky texture combines with a remarkable density that distinguishes the terroir.

This wine pairs beautifully with duck breast, port sauce and mushroom risotto.
