This exceptional vintage boasts a deep garnet purple color, revealing complex aromas of red and black fruits, enhanced with delicate spices and a beautiful saline minerality.

Harvested by hand on the limestone terraces of Brézème, it benefits from prolonged maceration in concrete vats and aging in various barrels which gives it all its richness.

Its fine tannins and elegant structure make it the ideal companion to a rack of lamb in a hazelnut crust or refined gourmet dishes.
