SYRAH 2024

Syrah IGP Drôme, vintage 2024, grown on the ancient alluvial deposits and pebbles of the Rhône, harvested by hand.

The grapes are fully destemmed before macerating in concrete vats for 3 to 4 weeks, which builds the wine's structure. Aging for approximately 12 months in concrete vats refines its character and preserves its natural freshness.

Fresh and flavorful, this wine unfolds aromas of red fruit and spices, embodying conviviality with every glass. It pairs beautifully with beef tataki served with a fresh herb salad and red berry vinaigrette.
